Trial anyone over the age of 12 as an adult automatically in cases of criminal sexual misconduct
the act would aim to ensure severe punishment to young offenders and protect public safety by removing these offenders
from society. the brutality of rape demonstrates adult-level criminal intent, making juvenile trial proceedings
insufficient in providing justice and accountability. It would also seek to simplify the legal process and send a strong
deterrent message. they would also be able to go thorough rehabilitation though their sentence and gain parole if shown
SECTION II - JUSTIFICATION
The justification is that crimes of sexual misconduct are so severe they nullify juvenile protections, which need
adult-level punishment. it makes sure to ensure public safety by incapacitating dangerous individuals regardless of age.
This automatic process would also provide a strong incentive to no commit the crime and guarantee uniform, harsh
consequences. It fundamentally prioritizes the gravity of the act over the youth of the offender, asserting that such
