Tattoo under 18
SECTION I - PURPOSE
so teens that want a tattoo at the age of 16 or 17 can get them.
SECTION II - JUSTIFICATION
It can enhance a persons self expression and identity.
SECTION III - DEFINITIONS
A tatoo is a mark,figure, design, or word intentionally fixed or placed on skin.
SECTION IV - FUNDING
no funding needed
SECTION V – PENALTIES/ENFORCEMENT
None
SECTION VI – EFFECTIVE DATE
