BE IT ENACTED BY THE YOUTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA YOUTH LEGISLATURE –
An act to
Good grade system
 
SECTION I - PURPOSE
this law would enforce a law for kids in high school and high school only to stay after during lunch and or before
school to find time for relearning this law would only affect kids that get lower then a C on a test like a C- or below
and this would help kids who struggle face there consequence of poor studying cause anyone can do it, and this would
punish kids from scrolling and maybe even sports cause student comes before athlete so this bill would really help and
be reasonable for a school and kids in need
 
SECTION II - JUSTIFICATION
this isnt a hard ask, just gotta score a C or above and obviously wont target everyone all you have to do is put in
class time to at least core higher than a C and homework for an even better grade
 
SECTION III - DEFINITIONS
Enforce- to cause something to happen not forced but close
 
SECTION IV - FUNDING
teachers pay go up if they want to help student out of school hours. and some teachers dont even get payed more some
just stay after school for there work and to help students but this is for only teachers with extra hours It's like a
bonus
 
SECTION V – PENALTIES/ENFORCEMENT
if the student doesn't show up to re-learn then there athlete title will be on a pause and if they arent in anything
after school and if they dont show they will be expected to face consequences with teachers and will move classes for
the student to focus more efficiently and if they dont show up then give them in school suspension
 
SECTION VI – EFFECTIVE DATE
as soon this gets passed, hopefully
