BE IT ENACTED BY THE YOUTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA YOUTH LEGISLATURE –
An act to
Replace all Minnesota water with hot dog water

SECTION I - PURPOSE
Replace all Minnesotan bodies of water that do not flow into other states with
hot dog water

SECTION II - JUSTIFICATION
Some Minnesotans find it hard to meet their daily nutrients or water amount
needed by the body to function properly. It is possible to solve this issue by
replacing water with hot dog water, because it contains an amount of
necessary nutrients and h2o that the human body needs. For industries that
require just h2o water, they can gather that from interstate rivers. During
evaporation if the hot dog water transfers into another state then that state’s government are encouraged to ship it
back to Minnesota. Citizens of Minnesota will not be forced to drink the hot dog water, as they can stick to
normal water if they want to. In ecosystems around the state, new irrigation
systems can be put in place to keep the area and life alive.

SECTION III - DEFINITIONS
Hot dog water: the brine that has been leftover as a result of boiling hot
dogs
Interstate rivers: rivers that cross or form part of the border between two or
more states
h2o: chemical makeup of water

SECTION IV - FUNDING
Minnesota department of agriculture can govern a new project to control the
production of the hot dogs.

SECTION V – PENALTIES/ENFORCEMENT
Attempting to remove the hot dog water out of the designated areas will
result in a punishment.
1st offense: warning
2nd offense: $3,000 fine
3rd or higher offense: 2 years in prison

SECTION VI – EFFECTIVE DATE
