Have everyone get a 504 plan

 

Section I - PURPOSE

T o have a way to deal with any student, good or bad, and make a learning environment that

is a safe, optimal place that feels like home, so they can work at a pace that makes learning

easy to understand and learn.

 

Because every student has a way that they work best, and if they are fitted to that way they

will work at a faster pace and increase the average test grade, which the class with the

higher test grades in the subjects(math, English, science and history) that teacher will get a bonus because teachers

don't get payed a lot of money so if the wages increases then they will want to teach better

 

Increase teachers,wages and add a 504 plan for every student

 

Increase the annual funding for schools from 16.2 billion to 18.1 billIon

 

It will create an incentive for teachers to do their best and even spend their own money to

improve learning for both students and teacher
