BE IT ENACTED BY THE YOUTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA YOUTH LEGISLATURE –
An act to
Punish illegal deportation.
 
SECTION I - PURPOSE
If someone is deported illegally then they shall be brought back and given a free all expenses paid for vacation. The
vacation will be paid for by the one who illegally deported them. This Bill will hope to stop illegal deportation.
 
SECTION II - JUSTIFICATION
When one is illegally as if the individual is not given a fair hearing, or if there is no evidence to support the
removal order, when a person is deported to a country where they face a substantial risk of being tortured you will be
brought back and given an all expenses paid vacation to wherever the illegally deported person chooses. The vacation
will be paid for by the one who made them be illegally deported or if it is too hard to figure out who did it then the
enforcement department shall be charged. 5% of the enforcement budget shall go towards this bill. be it enacted by the
youth legislature of the state of Minnesota.
 
SECTION III - DEFINITIONS
Substantial of considerable importance, size, or worth. Penalties are a punishment imposed for breaking a law, rule, or
contract.
 
SECTION IV - FUNDING
This Bill will be founded by the person who made the illegal deportation happen and if it is too hard to figure out who
did it then the enforcement department will pay for it. 5% of the funding towards enforcement officers shall be put
aside for this Bill.
 
SECTION V – PENALTIES/ENFORCEMENT
This Bill will be enforced by the families or anyone who knows someone who was illegally deported. If the Bill is not
followed then the penalties will include a $10,000 fine.
 
SECTION VI – EFFECTIVE DATE
This Bill shall be effective on the 1st of January 2026.
